THE AM 2-Year International Warranty

Every watch sold by THE AM is covered by our own 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any manufacturer coverage still remaining on the piece. This covers movement accuracy, case and bracelet integrity, and water resistance as tested at time of sale.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised servicing, batteries (on quartz pieces), or normal wear such as strap conditioning. To make a warranty claim, contact our service desk with your order number and a description of the issue.
